Awarded the best Cava of Spain by Enoforum Contest and Gold Medal in 50 Great Cavas, this Blanc de Blancs cava is the consolidation of the success of our winery.
It is made of Chardonnay (100 %) and the grapes are selected during the handmade harvest in our organic vineyards. The second fermentation takes place in our underground cellar of 1808. It spends more than 20 months creating the bubble in constant temperature and humidity. The removed is handmade, in the same cellar and in wooden desks of 120 bottles.
A bright golden and yellow colour, with tiny and persistent bubbles that are slowly released to make a fine, delicate, lasting head.
Bouquets of white flowers (water lilies and calla lilies) with fresh hints of moss and fresh hay. A subtle scent that could remind us of fresh butter and crusty toast.
Initially it is fresh and clean in our mouth with a wonderful balance between acidity and maturity. It has subtle and smooth bubbles resulting from the long aging process in racks that produce a pleasant and comfortable volume in our mouth. A pure, fresh and lasting sensation on the palate.
